Shipping Policy
We at PCS do not believe in waiting for a week to get an order. You should get it as soon as possible. All of our computers are shipped out the same, or at the very latest, the next business day. Once shipped, the order delivery takes 2 to 5 days. Most of our items ship through USPS Priority mail. Any large items might be shipped Fedex or UPS and may take an additional business day for handling. But rest assured, your "new to you" computer is shipped with the most packaging and care that we can give. Our defect rate from shipping is so low that it's not even worth mentioning.
Return Policy
PCS Computers strives to receive the 5 star rating from you. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, we want to help fix your issue. We offer a 30 day warranty that covers anything except accidental damage. We also offer a 1 year warranty for an additional cost. If you have any issues, we will either fix or replace the computer with another one that you are happy with. Does PCS Computers provide a return shipping label for free? No we do not. We offer free shipping to your address when you purchase from us and free shipping back to you after any replacement or warranty repairs. It is up to you to package and ship the computer back to us safely within the warranty period if you would like a valid warranty return.
All orders within the 30 day warranty may be returned for a 80% refund (restocking fee) or a full store credit towards another computer in stock. We don't offer a full 24/7 technical support but we guarantee you will be pleased with our response time and support that we offer. We want to help you get the computer that you desire and we work hard to gain you as a loyal, happy customer!
