Shipping Policy
We at PCS do not believe in waiting for a week to get an order. You should get it as soon as possible. All of our computers are shipped out the same, or at the very latest, the next business day. Once shipped, the order delivery takes 2 to 5 days. Most of our items ship through USPS Priority mail. Any large items might be shipped Fedex or UPS and may take an additional business day for handling. But rest assured, your "new to you" computer is shipped with the most packaging and care that we can give. Our defect rate from shipping is so low that it's not even worth mentioning.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled prior to shipment; however, a 5% cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover payment processing and administrative costs. The cancellation fee applies to all orders regardless of reason for cancellation.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Customers may still return eligible items under our standard return policy (see Returns policy below).

Return Policy
At PCS Computers, our goal is to earn your 5-star satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are committed to making it right.

Warranty Coverage

Every order includes a 30-day warranty covering all issues except accidental damage.

An extended 1-year warranty is available for purchase.

If a problem arises during the warranty period, we will repair your computer or replace it with another unit you are satisfied with.

Shipping Responsibility

PCS Computers provides free shipping to you on your initial purchase and free shipping back to you after any warranty repair or replacement.

Customers are responsible for securely packaging and shipping the computer back to us for warranty service. Return shipping labels are not provided.

Returns within 30 Days

Orders returned within 30 days are eligible for either:

An 80% refund (20% restocking fee), or

100% store credit toward another in-stock computer.

Limitations

Due to size, weight, and fragility, Apple iMacs and other extra-large devices are not eligible for returns based on buyer’s remorse.
